We offer Development Support in either a walk in ad-hoc manner or a pre-agreed number of hours. The Service Level Agreement ensures we meet your expectations and deliver the appropriate response within the agreed time. We use tracking software to work on your task, bug, issue so you get full visibility and transparency of the development process. Once the task has been developed, we perform our internal testing and once you’ve approved the change, it is deployed live.

Employing the use of deployment tools and version control, will allow you to move forward and undo any changes responding quickly to changes made to your site. We script attributes, configuration changes and the like so that what’s on the staging environment, is what will be on the production environment when the approval is given to launch you new updates to the site. No more changing settings, just deploy and go.
